Quality Management
Process management over final inspection.
Quality is a process system, not a final test
Different customers have different dyeing, rewinding and sewing setups. We pay attention to both lab data and real-world dyeing, unwinding, rewinding and on-machine performance.
Raw material management
Batch segregation, controlled blending, and prompt isolation of abnormal fiber with recorded raw-material-to-product links.
Process management
Controlling opening & blending, carding & drawing, spinning build, winding clearing, assembly tension and twist.
Final testing
Checking count, strength, CV%, twist, evenness, hairiness, package weight, build, appearance and unwinding.
Three core quality principles
No defect flows on
Spliced or malformed packages are sorted out and never mixed into standard products.
Every batch traceable
From fiber lot to package number, records allow any issue to be located and reviewed.
Data over opinion
Evenness, strength and hairiness are judged by lab data, never subjectively.

Standard testing items
- Linear density & count deviation
- Breaking strength & elongation
- Twist & twist factor
- Evenness CV%
- Hairiness index
- Package weight & build
- Dye uptake comparison
Quality issue handling
If an issue arises at your end, we respond by: confirming batch info → lab retesting → on-site analysis → responsibility definition → corrective loop — keeping you informed throughout.
Quality philosophy
A single pass does not replace long-term stability; a sample does not replace batch management.
